Terms of Service

Your commission will be created according to my artistic interpretation strictly based on all the references thar you and/or any other party provide me, so please be the most explicative as you can.Please note that I have a specific art and design styles, which are always evolving and changing, that the final discretion is up to my artistic interpretation.I take payment after the initial sketch. I do a single basic sketch and send it to you for clarification and change anything accordingly to your preferences needed.For now, Pay via PayPal. Sadly, no other alternate payments sources are available, so please bare with me.I will continue working until full payment (or partial payment, with bigger pieces) is received, and I will send you WIP images with the progress process I make. (You can ask for changes them as well, though I won't do major changes when it is almost completed.).A change in the direction of the commission or your references after the delivery of the approved sketch will incur extra fees.I may use assets that I commercially own when creating parts of your work.You can re-upload and use the finished commission for non-commercial and non-profit purpose, No Ask Needed, as long as proper credit is given.Do not, and I repeat, Do NOT claim my art as your own art. (I do not allow usage of my art for any commercial and profit activities, NFTs included.)You are not allowed to edit the artwork without my permission (tiny edits / cropping are acceptable though).I reserve the right to refuse a commission if I’m not comfortable drawing that you ask for or simply unable to take the commission at that time.Works that are too complex may be charged an additional fee. This would have to be discussed with us further.Refunds and cancellations are not possible once I have collected payment as processes would have begun for your work.My output window is anywhere between 1 week - 3 months from payment for the commission to be completed.Depending on what is commissioned and the price you have paid, there will be a set amount of revisions or updates available. We require confirmation of approval within 3 days of the updates/revisions. And timelines depend on the client keeping to review timelines and any failure to meet this period will result in corresponding delays to delivery.I reserve the right to keep and use the rejected sketches I made for my personal and future commission use.I reserve the right to keep the full resolution artwork and share it in my online platforms and social media. I may stream and record videos of the artwork to share it online.By commission from me you agree to these rules and conditions. If you break any of them I may refuse to ever work with you again.Feel free to ask any questions you have, for more art examples or if something is unclear.
